Program Objectives:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including its components, types, and the role it plays in organizational success.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, and understand the OSI model.
  • Familiarize participants with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, and understand core system administration concepts.
  • Develop expertise in IP addressing, subnetting, and wireless networking.
  • Equip participants with skills in hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system performance monitoring.
  • Provide a strong foundation in cybersecurity, network security, and system security practices.
  • Develop effective communication skills, collaborative teamwork, and customer service capabilities.
  • Build the skills and confidence to conquer the CCNA 200-301 exam, the AZ-104 exam, the AZ- 900 exam, & the MS-900 exam.

Prerequisites:

  • Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
  • Familiarity with operating systems and common software applications
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
